Under the direction of the Assistant Director for Operations, this position is responsible for recording and maintaining all financial transactions, such as animal and supply procurement, accounts payable, and accounts receivable. This position is responsible for: analysis of financial data including both budget and expenditure data; reviewing and documenting processes, procedures and systems; extracting, organizing, and under supervision, analyzing financial data from various databases; creating routine reports; assisting with special reports and analyses; and meeting with a variety of on-campus administrators to determine the cause of variances and explore possible solutions. This position will support the daily administrative activities of the business office.
