Thayer Academy seeks qualified Middle School, Head, and Assistant Coaches. This seasonal, part-time position is responsible for helping to lead a middle school sports team. This includes promoting a culture and practice of excellence and sportsmanship consistent with the philosophy and policies of Thayer Academy and the program’s long history of achievement. The coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including student recruitment, managing practices and games/championships, supervising assistant coaches, communicating with families and the Thayer Athletic Department, and supporting student-athletes in the college recruitment process.    Girls Volleyball Head Coach
