Full-time, 12 Month, Exempt - Staff Key School seeks an experienced Controller to lead all accounting, financial reporting, audit and compliance for the school. The Controller will oversee daily operations such as A/P, A/R, general ledger and bank reconciliations while also supporting budgeting, grant management and audits, and ensuring adherence to GAAP, IRS, and other regulations for strategic financial health.  Key responsibilities include hands-on bookkeeping, month-end close, generating financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet), analyzing and explaining variances, managing internal controls and best practices, leading the financial and 403(b) audits, and preparing the Form 990.
