Payroll Administration (Primary Focus) Manage end-to-end semi-monthly payroll processing for all employee groups with accuracy and efficiency using UKG Ready Coordinate and process all payroll-related employee changes and salary adjustments; update HRIS and track supplemental compensation Analyze payroll reports, discrepancies, and variances to identify root causes and recommend corrective actions Develop, implement, and maintain internal payroll controls and checklists to ensure compliance and reduce risk Lead payroll-related data reviews, including auditing earnings, deductions, taxable benefits, and leave balances for accuracy Oversee time and attendance system; train managers and troubleshoot timesheet and accrual issues
