The Education Office Assistant is a member of the Organizational Administrative Team. This person performs a wide variety of administrative and operational functions for the Lower School and Middle School Programs and serves as a source of information for students, families, employees, and visitors. This role includes serving as the educational administrative concierge: positively engaging with parents and other visitors to SAA’s educational offices, keeping physical and digital materials organized, and creating a welcoming environment for parents, Staffulty, and Administrators. This is a full-time, non-exempt position reporting to the Director of Lower & Middle School and Associate Head of School for Teaching & Learning. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
