About Us Saint George’s School (SGS) is an independent, non-religious K–12 college preparatory school located on the Little Spokane River just north of Spokane. Founded in 1955, SGS enrolls approximately 350 students across three divisions—Lower School (K–5), Middle School (6–8), and Upper School (9–12). The school offers a vibrant liberal arts curriculum highlighted by the International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme in grades 11–12, complemented by a wide range of enrichment opportunities.
