Director of Human Resources
The Director of Human Resources is responsible for managing all HR aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment and onboarding, payroll and benefits administration, time and attendance, learning and development, performance evaluations, employee relations, retirement and/or separation.  The position works collaboratively with school leadership to ensure competitive, equitable, and compliant compensation practices, including a comprehensive benefits program to support the performance, development, and well-being of the faculty and staff. Primary Responsibilities: Facilitate a function that strives to effectively source, develop, and retain talent that aligns with the school’s organizational and curricular goals.
