Job Summary The Association of Waldorf Schools of North America (AWSNA)serves over 150 schools and teacher training institutions in North America.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Office Business Manager to oversee our essential business operations. This role is responsible for HR processing, payroll, accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, and audit coordination. The ideal candidate brings nonprofit experience, strong accounting skills, and the ability to work independently—whether remotely or locally in the Longmont, Colorado area.
Key Responsibilities
Manage HR administrative processes, including onboarding and employee records
Process payroll accurately and ensure compliance with tax and labor regulations
Oversee accounts payable, vendor payments, and expense tracking
Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely invoicing and collections
