Under the general direction of the Assistant Head of School for Student Engagement and Well-being, the Director of Counseling coordinates all aspects of mental health support at Thayer in collaboration with the Nurse Team, Director of the Learning Center, Middle School Director, Upper School Dean of Students, and our teaching faculty.
