Collegiate School seeks an Accounting Specialist to assist with the day-to-day functions of the Accounting Department with a primary focus on account reconciliation, student billing support, and monthly journal entries.  This position will work closely with the School’s outsourced food service provider, budget managers, and fellow members of the Accounting Team.  This is an in-person, 12-month position. This is a full-time, benefited position reporting directly to the Controller and Risk Manager. General responsibilities include:  Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple school accounts Maintain and reconcile various balance sheet accounts each quarter Monitor project activity re
