The Development Associate is a high-energy self-starter with entrepreneurial spirit who serves to further the mission of Covenant Day School. With a focus on community engagement, this role will be responsible for developing (alongside the development director) and implementing strategies that mobilize people to give, advocate, and volunteer. Responsibilities include but are not limited to event coordination, constituent oversight, database management, and relationship building, playing a crucial part in enhancing our fundraising initiatives. Reporting to the development director, the position is a full-time salaried (exempt) role that works throughout the calendar year.
