Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent degree and 
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in an administrative support position or other related field. 
• Demonstrated capacity to manage relationships with all multiple stakeholders.
• Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment managing multiple demands and priorities. 
• A collaborative spirit and strong team ethic.

• Must be detail-oriented, have strong interpersonal skills, be able to handle multiple tasks. 
• Excellent communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills with proven ability to interact with a diverse range of individuals both in person and over the phone, via email and in written correspondence.
• Ability to problem-solve, prioritize, and make decisions independently; ability to collaborate with others as part of teams.
• Excellent organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail and ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Excellent command of office technology tools.
• Discretion and tact in handling confidential information.
• Commitment to the Lycée’s mission, vision and strategic direction.
• French proficiency required.
