The Assistant Director of Alumni Giving & Engagement position reports to the Director of Advancement and will work collaboratively with the Director of Annual Giving & Family Engagement and Director of Alumni Relations to secure support for the Cushing Academy Annual Fund from graduates of the last 20 years. The Assistant Director of Alumni Giving & Engagement will support the work of engaging Cushing’s alumni community, focusing on developing, implementing and supporting programming aimed at graduates 20 years from graduation. The Assistant Director will also oversee reunion fundraising efforts for the 5th through 20th Reunion Classes. Working with class-based and reunion volunteers, the Assistant Director will develop communication and segmentation strategies and
