Rutgers University Law School seeks a Business Manager III on the Camden Campus. Reporting to Associate Director of Business Services, provides a wide range of financial functions, for Rutgers Law School including procurement processing, expense reporting review, cash deposits, reconciliations, and Law Journals' fiscal administration, prepares journal entries, salary re-allocations and employee charging instructions. This position will create and maintain a sound system of internal controls for financial matters for the Law School., policy dissemination and application, and office operations & maintenance. Provides internal financial reports to the departments as needed and responds to requests/inquiries from Law personnel, the Chancellor's Office, and central Finance. Performs a multitude of reconciliations. Assists with the development of the budget and financial forecasts. Provides assistance to the Associate Director, and Senior Associate Dean in general on related duties and projects as assigned.
Minimum Education and Experience:
Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field, demonstrates knowledge and understanding of generally accepted accounting principles and practices, plus a minimum of five years of experience.
