You will be responsible for providing business management coverage to the market in the areas of business management, project management, strategy and execution, growth and change initiatives as well as day-to-day administration of the business.
Job Description:
Support Business Heads to achieve committed targets & build a high-performance team, through:
Providing sales management support, inclusive, but not limited to KPI simulation, monthly revenue analysis, and OP planning.
Monitoring performance and pipeline management, inclusive of referrals
Finance-related tasks, inclusive but not limited to, internal and external revenue sharing/ referral agreements, fee waivers, settlement related matters and internal pricing matrix.
Preparation of financial reports, budgets, annual and long - term planning report for meetings such as the Monthly Leadership Meeting and Quarterly Market Head Reviews.
Produce reports for senior management consumption such as financial reporting to track and review pipelines, business activities and campaigns.
Handling Data Analytics, inclusive but not limited to formulate actionable insights and management decision making.
Support Business Heads on business planning, gap analysis and implementation along with the business strategies aligned to the Bank's direction.
Support Business Heads and his direct reports in strategic initiatives, as well as EES analysis and implementation.
As required while driving the strategic/growth initiatives: Raise awareness in FO of the relevant risk framework, guide and facilitate FO in adhering to the relevant policies and procedures, and support FO in consulting the relevant risk SMEs as appropriate.
Participate in various Working Groups to share FO perspective.
Facilitate FO in trouble shooting to ensure day to day operations efficiency and achieve client excellence. Identify opportunities for process and system enhancements, follow-up on problem resolutions through collaboration with other departments.
Partner with various stakeholders to ensure communication channels are in place for discussions and feedback.
Foster and promote a culture of excellence and best practices sharing and adoption within the BM teams.
Drive & promote collaboration across the bank.
Qualifications
A university degree with at least 5 years' experience in business management
Solid demonstrable experience in working directly with Senior Management in a business management capacity within the Front Office
Driven self-starter who is delivery focused and possess effective communication, influencing and presentation skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to various demands in a diverse culture.
Ability to organize people and processes, and ability to lead groups toward a single goal.
