Job Title:  Director of Development Department: Advancement Reports to: Chief Advancement Officer Status:  Full-Time, Salaried/Exempt, Benefited, Professional Staff SUMMARY: Following the successful completion of a $200 million comprehensive campaign, The Director of Development will serve as a member of the leadership team for the Advancement Office overseeing the day-to-day management of fundraising initiatives including annual fund, major gifts, and planned giving. In addition to these management responsibilities, the Director will cultivate and solicit a personal portfolio of prospects to secure both outright and deferred leadership gifts.
