Job Summary This seasonal, part-time position is responsible for leading the Thayer Academy Boys Varsity Track & Field program. This includes promoting a culture and practice of excellence and sportsmanship consistent with the philosophy and policies of Thayer Academy and the program’s long history of achievement. The head coach is responsible for all aspects of the program, including student recruitment, managing practices and games/championships, supervising assistant coaches, communicating with families and the Thayer Athletic Department, and supporting student-athletes in the college recruitment process.    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities Part
