Position Summary:  The Technical Support Specialist will act as a key point of contact for IT-related incidents and service requests. This role involves providing Tier I and II support to students, faculty, and staff via phone, email, and in-person interactions. The goal is to swiftly resolve support requests to the satisfaction of the user in a demanding service delivery environment.
