Primary Objective: The permanent substitute teacher will support the implementation of a rigorous academic program for 5th – 12th grade students when teachers need to be out of the classroom and will provide opportunities for student development and growth through developmentally appropriate learning experiences that align with Whitefield’s Christ-centered mission. The permanent substitute will implement lead teacher directed instructional strategies that will accommodate various learning styles in accordance with the school curriculum and mission statement.   Key Responsibilities: Implement the lesson plans and instructional activities of the absent teacher that contribute toa positive environment where
