Job Summary: The Human Resources Manager is a member of the Business Office Team and is responsible for all payroll functions, oversees personnel records, legal compliance, compensation, and benefits administration. Responsibilities include development and administration of personnel policies, maintaining the employee manual and participating in various committees to uphold the standards of quality for the employee and student experience.
