Position Summary The Director of Human Resources supports Fessenden employees and leadership by administering functions of the Human Resources department including staffing, benefits, performance management and accommodations. The position ensures the Human Resources department supports the strategic goals of the Fessenden School by working closely with the Chief Financial Officer in developing, implementing and evaluating HR policies, programs, functions and activities.
