Job Summary: The Controller handles all daily Accounting functions including recording journal entries, preparing account reconciliations, and reviewing and maintaining financial controls. Duties and Responsibilities: The Controller will work closely with and assist the CFO by assuming responsibility for the day-to-day functions of accounting, financial reporting, and the annual audit. Responsibilities include the following, but are not limited to: Accounting/account reconciliations Maintain the General Ledger (G/L), including posting and closing of the accounting periods and fiscal years
