Glenelg Country School is seeking an Early Childhood Teaching Assistant who will need to assist the lead teacher in supporting and nurturing the development of each child’s self-esteem, trust, and growing autonomy. To help assess children’s different and personal needs, temperament styles, and abilities. A TA needs to support the classroom team to plan and implement lesson plan activities and developmentally appropriate experiences. The successful candidate will participate in regularly scheduled staff meetings, parent meetings, in-service trainings, and other meetings as directed. This is a state-licensed program, so teachers must complete a minimum of 12 hours or more of continued training per year to maintain licensing requiremen
