The camps focus on a variety of interests, including STEM, sports, arts, robotics, cooking, adventure, nature, music, sewing, writing, chess, and more. Glenelg’s Summer in the Country camps run June 20, 2023, through July 28, 2023, Monday – Friday. Counselors are expected to work 8:30 am to 4:00 pm, for an average of 35 hours per week, with the option of additional hours working Before or After Care. Camp is closed on June 19 and July 4, 2023, due to the holidays.
It is the expectation that the lead counselors will thoughtfully engage with children, and create a fun, upbeat, and safe environment for all campers.
