Assistant to the Assistant Head of School for Community Engagement
This is a full-time position reporting to the Assistant Head of School for Community Engagement. This person will support the Assistant Head's daily operation short- and long-term goals, and Advancement programs and projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with an interest in managing multiple projects simultaneously, and the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage calendar, projects, expense reconciliation and travel for Assistant Head of School for Community Engagement.
Oversee coordination of meetings, event and technology requests, materials and packets, invitations and follow up communications as directed.
Provide support for the planning and implementation of community engagement and fundraising events, which may include assistance with event logistics, technology requests, data entry, and communications.
Serve as manager for Brownell House, submit facility and service requests as needed, manage scheduling of the Board Room, maintain supplies and handle mail.
Assist in the preparation of materials and communication for the Advancement Committee and Philanthropy Task Force, which may include recording and maintaining minutes for both.
Qualifications and Expectations:
The successful candidate must be highly organized; detail oriented; able to work independently as well as with colleagues and families.
Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
Ability to process numerous detailed tasks, anticipate and meet deadlines, think logically and creatively, and problem-solve independently as well as in a team environment.
Proficiency with Office365, Google Workspace, and Blackbaud, and willingness to become proficient in new programs, learning management systems, collaboration and productivity apps as needed.
Attention to detail and accuracy in all areas of data entry, reporting and email correspondence.

Embody the School's mission, motto, and core values
Bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of two years' experience in general office administration, preferably in a non-profit organization. Professional attire and presentation are require.
