The Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, invites applications for an exempt Director of Academic and Alumni Relations. The Director serves as a strategic leader to develop and execute a strategy to elevate and increase alumni engagement opportunities within the graduate business programs. The director will have strategic and day-to-day responsibility for all alumni, academic, student service, and operational components of the programs.

Areas of responsibility include management of the MBA curriculum and faculty, oversight of curricular and co-curricular offerings, and serving as direct liaison with department heads, partner college deans and directors and over 40 faculty members. The director sets the standard for student professionalism and the student experience and makes large-scale, program-wide management and budgetary decisions in conjunction with the Executive Director of the program. The position ensures representation at external, national events to ensure the awareness and reputation of the UT MBA Program is elevated. The director also implements new ideas, programs, and strategies to assist Executive Director in providing top-25 caliber programs.
