Materials Management Specialist

The Materials Management Specialist is responsible for working as a member of the University Printing team performing tasks relating to warehousing, shipping and receiving, internal material requisitions, and inventory control while utilizing the print MIS and other systems to ensure accuracy of inventory and proper material handling procedures. The position utilizes material handling equipment to load, unload, transport and relocate bulk materials within the warehouse and print production environment. Works closely with Procurement and Inventory Control to place replenishment orders, take inventory, return materials, research and pull inventory. The position also performs warehouse maintenance and delivery driver functions as needed.
