Upper School Visual Arts Teacher
Glenelg Country School in Ellicott City, MD seeks an Upper School Visual Arts teacher for the remainder of the 2022-2023 school year. The teaching assignment will focus on pottery and sculpture, with the potential to broaden into drawing, painting and related disciplines in future years. The successful candidate will possess a love of teens and an ability to channel their creative energy into concrete expression through inspiration, guidance and instruction. Demonstrated competence in materials, techniques and pedagogy are essential, as is the knowledge how to maintain a functional pottery studio and kiln.
