Cushing Academy seeks a full-time Director of Marketing and Communications. The Director of Marketing and Communications is responsible for the development, execution, and management of the school’s marketing and communications program that supports the mission, vision, values, and goals of the Academy. The primary objective of the Director of Communications and Marketing is to create and communicate a compelling story about the school through coordinated brand management, planning, design, production, as well as through distribution of print and electronic materials, publicity, and public relations. The Director of Marketing and Communications reports to the Associate Head of School and leads a creative staff of two full-time employees. Qualified candidates should have a degree in communications or a related field, as well as at least 5 years of experience, preferably in an educational setting. Bachelor's degree in marketing and communications or a related field
