Provide overall business operation management for several departments including financial and budget management. Provide all aspects of human resources and payroll processing support. Perform special projects for College regarding business operation assessment. Establish effective and efficient business practices that continuously enhance services to stakeholders. Supervise and coordinate office staff.

Minimum Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or closely related field plus 4 years of accounting, financial, grants/contracts, human resource and/or business/information management experience required; equivalent education/experience considered. Increasingly responsible administrative assistant experience and supervisory experience to include develop and management budgets; accounting; office management; and performing personnel functions necessary. Working knowledge of grants/contracts, accounting budgeting, personnel or payroll practices essential. Must have experience wit large integrated financial management system and PC-based word processing, spreadsheet and database software programs. Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills required. Must have excellent technical, analytical, organizational, problem-solving and decision-making skills. Ability to multi-task and work effectively in team settings as well as independently required.
Master’s degree preferred. Three years of experience in accounting, business management or closely related area helpful. Working knowledge of UNL desirable. Prefer supervisory experience. Knowledge of UNLSAP accounting system preferred.
Posted Salary: $56,000 minimum
