Reports directly to: Chief Financial Officer
Prepare daily deposit and post accordingly to QuickBooks and FINACS
Collect and keep accurate records of all monies collected from different school groups and classes
Set up and bill all students’ tuition accounts per the families’ desired payment plans
Post payments attached to families’ accounts in FINACS
Set up accounts and budgets through Tuition Management System (TMS) for all families and monitor accounts for delinquency
Bill and collect from families the Parent Revolving Endowment Fund (PREF) and provide the signed agreement with copy of payment
Bill and collect monthly After School Charges along with any other miscellaneous charges that arise
Collect tuition on a timely basis for tuition deadlines
Assist the CFO with contacting families with delinquent accounts and payment plans
Coordinate the collection of necessary documents needed from families for Financial Aid; process awards and send to families; and assist those that appeal Financial Aid decisions
Collect enrollment paperwork and deposits from returning and new families and track enrollment pace
Assist with other duties that may be assigned
Bachelor’s degree (minimum)
Ability to foster positive relationships based on mutual respect and trust
Demonstrates command of knowledge applicable to the position
Exhibit discretion and handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact in a professional manner
Extensive knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks and possess a willingness and aptitude to learn new accounting software systems
Detail-oriented team player with the ability to remain positive and be self-directed
