The University of Pittsburgh Office of Student Life is seeking a qualified Business Manager to join the team in the Student Life Business Office. The Business Manager will be responsible for coordinating financial and business activities, including planning, forecasting, and management, for student activity fees and the accounts of the Office of Student Life, including Student Life, William Pitt Union, Nordy's Place, Pitt Arts, Orientation, Commuter, O'Hara Student Union, and RISE, among others. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate account balances, completing account reconciliations, entering transitions, preparing budget reports and analyses, and preparing multi-year forecasts. Will work closely with the Director and Student Life staff to complete yearly budgets to be submitted to Division of Student Affairs Business office. A qualified candidate should have experience with budgets and accounting. Knowledge of the University is preferred.
Bachelor's degree preferred, but may substitute an Associate's degree plus additional, relevant experience.
