Clark University’s office of Business and Financial Services seeks to fill the position of Clark One Card Coordinator and Business Manager Assistant.
Reporting to the Business and Auxiliary Services Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for oversight of the business processes related to the One Card program; accounting for and reconciliation of associated general ledger accounts; reviewing and reconciling meal plan invoices; and customer service/troubleshooting for One Card users.
Processes invoices and departmental chargebacks for centralized services (printing, cellphones, Amazon); assist with the user support of Clark’s eProcurement system (SmartBuy Plus); provides administrative and clerical support to the Business Manager as needed.
One Card/ ID Office
Train and schedule student employees.
Maintain records, update procedures, manage inventories of supplies and schedule maintenance of One Card equipment.
Maintain internal control and procedure documents regarding One Card system functionality.
Generate and coordinate schedules for ID processing events.
Process student, faculty and staff identification cards as needed.
Business Manager Assistant
Maintain users, provide user support, and assist with change orders in EProcurement system.
Reconcile monthly and coordinate payments/ commissions for Cash Card program.
Process invoices and departmental charge-backs for centrally managed contracts.
Assist in the tracking of driver records and Clark-owned vehicles.
Other duties as required within the Business Manager’s office.
High School diploma, required. College degree or equivalent experience in business or accounting, preferred.
1 to 2 years of experience in a business administrative environment.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is required and experience with accounting systems helpful.
Must be comfortable with the use of technology and have the ability to learn how to use various software applications.
Must be personable and able to interact well with a broad range of constituents.
This is a part-time, 22.5 hours per week, 12 month position.
