The Business Manager/Financial Analyst builds reporting models, manages data for financial reporting, identifies trends, analyzes and interprets data, and makes recommendations to the Fiscal Officer and the Office of Enrollment Management (OEM) leadership. Prepares comparative analyses between actual and projected expenditures. Reconciles accounts, prepares budgets and reports, and prepares financial documents. Administers fiscal, human resources, payroll, travel, and purchasing transactions and reports, ensuring consistency, integrity, and compliance with university policies and regulations. Develops and implements administrative processes and procedures to provide continued efficiencies and for ensuring compliance with departmental and university fiscal and administrative policy and procedures. Administers facility management, building security processes, capital asset inventory, space management inventories, maintenance records and reports, and investigates requests for information and assistance for annual and ad hoc reports and presentations. Provides training and orientation for new employees on OEM administrative policies, procedures, and standards. The Business Manager/Financial Analyst will also coordinate and lead projects as assigned.
REQUIRED: Bachelor's degree and one year of experience in accounting/financial reporting or related work.

Degree in business, finance, accounting, management, or other relevant area. Experience with account reconciliation and fiscal forecasting. Experience in a university setting. Ability to use university information systems (HRMS, Payroll, Kuali TIME, IUIE, KFS, PeopleAdmin, etc.)
