Portsmouth Christian Academy is seeking an Upper School Principal.
The Upper School Principal has direct responsibility for the success of the Upper School as measured by the following:

The Upper School Principal is the dynamic day-to-day leader of the Upper School. The Upper School Principal is responsible for establishing and maintaining a positive faculty culture with students and parents. The Upper School Principal serves as the visible leader of the Upper School with faculty, students and parents. He/She will lead regular faculty meetings, communicate effectively with his/her entire staff, establish schedules, direct all tiers of student discipline, provide appropriate training to departments, oversee college planning, and provide direction for the Upper School chapel program.
