The Business Manager will oversee the day-to-day fiscal management of the Advancement Office. Responsible for the oversight of accounts payable/accounts receivable, gift processing, and the supervision of office staff. Keeps billing and office management up-to-date, and works closely with the Vice Chancellor on auditing of foundation accounts with various budget officers. Serves as the liaison to the University's business office and maintains good vendor relations. Requires a Bachelor's degree and 2 years' experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services or equivalency. Experience with PeopleSoft, Financial Edge, and Visual Analyzer software packages preferred. Experience with Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) and non-profit accounting procedures also preferred. USCA is an AA/EOE. Women and minorities are encouraged to apply.
