Join a prominent non-profit organization located on 60-acres of the most beautiful grounds in Washington, DC. The Protestant Episcopal Cathedral Foundation offers a diverse and collaborative work environment and we are currently seeking a Human Resources Manager. The HR department serves Washington National Cathedral and three affiliated schools.
Reporting to the HR Director, the HR Manager assists with developing, implementing, and managing a broad range of Human Resource products and services to achieve departmental goals and objectives. Primary areas of focus are HRIS administration, employment activities, and special projects.
Ideal candidates will possess a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business or other relevant area and ten or more years of experience, preferably in a shared services organization. HRIS management experience is a plus.
