Provides business office accounting services and assists in development of the golf and learning center department business plan and budget analysis. Advises managing director, Head Golf Professional, Head Golf Course Superintendent and Golf Services Manager on long term business direction and oversee all fiscal and budget matters. Provides timely reports ensuring budget control and compliance with University accounting policies and procedures. Performs economic analysis, forecasting, invoicing and event coordination.
Bachelor’s Degree in accounting or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience. Financial analysis and event planning experience. Two years experience with office billing, inventory control, invoices and collections. One year experience in accounting, budgeting and planning. Excellent organizational and analytical skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with others.
