Sacred Heart Schools is seeking a Human Resources Director responsible for leading the HR function for all schools on the Sacred Heart Schools campus. This position works closely with administrators and managers to develop and administer various strategic human resources plans and procedures. Position also serves as a resource for employees on all HR initiatives.
Sacred Heart Schools offers a comprehensive benefits package to employees working at least 30 hours a week. This also includes a 50% tuition discount at all four campus schools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required.
PHR or SPHR certification preferred or at least 5 years’ experience.
Background in recruitment, performance management, employee engagement, compensation, and benefits preferred.
Experience using Paycor or similar HRIS strongly preferred. Excellent communications and organizational skills required.
Sensitivity to confidential information.
