The Rashi School seeks an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and collaborative Project Coordinator to join our dynamic and fast-paced Finance and Operations team. Working with students, parents, faculty and other administrators, the Project Coordinator manages a variety of logistical and operational projects across the school. This is an exciting opportunity to ensure School programs and processes support the overall mission and goals of The Rashi School.
Position Responsibilities Include:
Manage the integration of database and Information Systems software across departments.
Support software training on all database and Information Systems software across departments.
Manage outside rentals of school facilities.
Design and manage student transportation.
Other operational initiatives & analysis projects as assigned by the Director of Finance & Operations.
Successful candidates will have a high level of proficiency with a variety of software systems. In-depth experience working with multi-module, integrated databases is required. Candidates should also possess excellent social, written and oral communication skills, an ability to multi-task, and consistently meet deadlines while managing competing priorities. A keen attention to detail and ability to work independently and collaboratively are essential. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 2-4 years related professional experience.
