Tarleton State University seeks a careful, detail-oriented, and highly organized individual for the full-time position of Program Coordinator I in the Clyde H. Wells Fine Arts Center. Oversees box office, ticketing for fine arts events, deposits and accounting of money, ledgers of all budgeted accounts, and inventory records. Manages purchasing (compliance, bid procurement, and ordering of products) and student workers (records, reports, and future wage projections). Runs monthly department expense reports. Maintains and updates customer and donor databases. Assists with Summer Camps and other duties as assigned.

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Two years successful experience in an academic, fine arts, business or similar environment; Demonstrated experience with computer databases and balancing budgets.
